Please, make your application online first. Do not return any items without having obtained prior authorization by Bijoux Luxo.
Any item that has received the returned approval must be returned in its original condition and with the original label attached. For any assistance, please contact our customer service by email at support@bijouxluxo.com
You can return your items by using postal service. Please do not send the package without obtaining a receipt of postage. Keep your receipt of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.
