Orders are packed and shipped Monday - Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days from the order date. Made to order and out of stock items will ship within 1-3 weeks unless otherwise specified. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. 

Bijoux Signé Luxo is not liable for lost shipments when tracking states that the item was delivered. Bijoux Signé Luxo is not responsable for the late delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any foreseen weather or technical issues within the shipping company. 

During Checkout you will see the total price, including taxes, shipping charges, in your preferred currency before you place your order. Your credit card will be charged in according to the charges displayed during Checkout. Packages shipped require a signature for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note that all the following terms and conditions apply to all international orders.

— Prices and shipping fees do not include import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes (“VAT”), tariffs, and other fees that may be levied by the destination country, all of whichare the responsibility of the purchaser. Bijoux Signé Luxo is not responsible for brokerage fees, import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes (“VAT”), tariffs, and any other associated fees.

— The order recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws, regulations and restrictions of the destination country.

— Bijoux Signé Luxo is not responsible for delayed delivery of packages due to customs issues when shipping internationally.

— All costs incurred on a refused delivery because of high custom or brokerage fees, duties, taxes or restrictions imposed by the country of destination are the responsibility of the client.

Orders must be placed by 12pm ET to start processing on the same day. Bijoux Signé Luxo offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders in North America. For standard orders, your total order delivery time will take between 2-7 business days, depending on the method of shipment and final delivery destination.
