Return Policy

STANDARD RETURN POLICY

Any shipping costs incurred when returning an item must be paid by the client.

Unless the return is due to an error on our part during the order. If your package is sent back to Bijoux Signé Luxo for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order. 

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, these fees will be deducted from your refund.

If you ship an item that is valuable, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 15 days of purchase, you may apply to return any item for an Exchange or a credit (Minus shipping costs) with the appropriate original documentation.

Please, make your application online first. Do not return any items without having obtained prior authorization by Bijoux Signé Luxo.

The returned item must have been unused, unaltered and in its original condition. The credit is subjected to an examination of the item by Bijoux Signé Luxo. If any item is damaged or altered by any jeweller other than Bijoux Luxo, the item cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that have been customized may not be returned or exchanged.

Any item that has received the returned approval must be returned in its original condition and with the original label attached. For any assistance, please contact our customer service by email at support@bijouxluxo.com

You can return your items by using postal service. Please do not send the package without obtaining a receipt of postage. Keep your receipt of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return. 

Should you receive quality problems, shipping damage, style, colour, or size error please return item by following the Return process. We will gladly send out a replacement of the original item(s) purchased, at no shipping cost.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain period of time.

If you are not eligible for a refund, you will receive a store credit that will be issued on a gift card that you will receive automatically by email.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

It may take some time for your refund to be officially published. There is often a processing delay before a refund is visible on your statement. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact Bijoux Signé Luxo customer service by email at support@bijouxluxo.com 

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase and need to exchange it, contact our customer service at support@bijouxluxo.com and we will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to proceed with the Exchange.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
